Pat began her real estate career in Auckland in the late 1990's. After moving to the Eastern Bay of Plenty in 2000 she became the region’s most successful and awarded Property Manager. In 2016 she made the choice to continue in real estate as a Sales Consultant, quickly establishing herself as one of Whakatane’s leading property listing agents, specializing in residential and lifestyle properties.
Pats' passion for property, outstanding communication skills, and genuine empathy with clients from all walks of life has resulted in her having a large and loyal client base. Consistently in the top 10% of Agents nationwide, she understands that for most, buying or selling property represents a significant chapter in their life, so the standard of service they expect to receive from their sales agent must be nothing less than exceptional.

What an incredible evening at the 2025/26 EVES Annual Awards, hosted by Jesse Mulligan. I was genuinely honoured to receive the awards for ‘Office Achiever’ and ‘Top 10% of all EVES Salespeople’, and incredibly humbled to be named a finalist for ‘Individual Salesperson of the Year'. I’m also delighted to see my colleague Aaron Pearson recognised as a finalist for ‘Rookie of the Year’, and thrilled for our EVES Whakatāne office, who were acknowledged for our rapid growth with awards for ‘Office Growth Year on Year’ and ‘Property Management Divisional Growth Year on Year’.
